STEPPED IN PAINT [9yr/o Chestnut Overo, APHA Stallion, 16hh] Ima Dun Painten x Ima Dun Steppin Diciplines: Halter/Western Pleasure/Trail/Barrel Racing/Pole Bending/Cutting Buybacks: To Pia [Steady Acres]
From Pia: I got this beautiful boy for free(!) from Jamie, and all I can say is WOW! He's got an amazing confirmation and the sweetest disposition. His coloring is gorgeous, just like his father. I'm hoping he will be just as sucessful too, if not even better. He loads, clips, bathes and enjoys every minute you spend with him. This will be one of the few I will only show myself. Stepper is one of those horses you just can't oversee. Wherever he is, he has all eyes on him. He loves to prance around and show off, even if there's no-one there to see him, and I'm allways looking forward to ride him. He is willing and consentrated on his job, and will always try to please his rider. Stepper loves to go out on trails, and is one of the most comfortable rides I've ever been on. He has smooth, slow and flaoting gaits, and his wonderful canter and gallop will drive brood-owners crazy! Stepper has a natural low head-carry and straight topline. He is very smart, and even knows a few tricks! He will sit and lie down on command, and allways take a bow for the judges when he wins! There is no way he could guy could ever hurt anyone. He will stand still for hours with young riders groom and pamper him. He is truly the greatest gentleman! This one's a winner for sure. Although Stepper hasn't been shown much right now, he is excelling at everything he does. He will be shown in pleasure, trail, barrel racing, pole bending and cutting for the moment, and he is doing great in all of them. He loves the showring and the showring loves him. He has allready earned 15 champion titles, 4 champion of show and 1 res. ch. of show. He will soon be starting on his 6 year old season, and I'm so looking forward to it. It's looking to be just as great as the last one. He has turned out be as good as his sire, and I'm hoping he will continue down the same path he has started, taking home the blue ribbons! He has an incredible ability to focus one hundred percent every time he's in the showring, and there is no way he will get distracted. No matter what kind of weather it is, or how many people there is around, he will allways concentrate and do his best. Stepper will probably be one of the best showhorses and studs at Steady Acres, and maybe even one of the most reknowned in all-sim. Stepper turns on a penny and is very fast for a western pleasure horse. This is probably why he does so well in barrel raacing and pole bending. He is also a great cutter, proving his versatility and brains. Stepper's first foal crop is looking great! All 4 was torn away from the sale, 2 of them to a new showing stable. They are all doing great in their new homes, and his only colt so far will be Magpie Creek's main stud when he is old enough. All his fillies will make excellent showhorses aswell as broods, and they all have their fathers nice strides. They have alot to live up to, but I'm sure they will atleast try their hardest, as they all are detirmined and well behaved. His first colt, Badaz In Paint, is going to show in all the same disciplines as Stepper and is looking to be a great successful. One of his fillies is doing well in hunter classes, showing that he'll through great english horses too! Ofcourse he throughs great color to his foals, being the flashy guy he is. I'm sure Stepper will be a true favourite with the brood-owners once he is retired!
